I work as a real-estate expert in Budapest, mainly in the southern districts — Pesterzsébet, Csepel, Soroksár, Pestszentlőrinc — but the portfolio also covers the city centre and Buda.

Most of my work is not selling but preparation: understanding what you want, quoting a realistic price, and speaking up in time when there is a problem with a property. I inspect in person every property that enters my portfolio.
