I work as a real-estate expert in Budapest, mainly in the southern districts. What I do is less visible than an advert: I ask what you actually need, I inspect the property on site, and I tell you honestly when something does not add up.
Buying a home is rarely a purely financial decision. That is why most of my clients come through referrals — and I take that as the best feedback there is.
